The Desi Radio Training Centre plays host to a variety of community radio training courses and broadcasting events.   

• In March 2007, Helga Neumayer, from Frauen Solidaritaet in Vienna, visited the Panjabi Centre. She interviewed people for her weekly programme Global Dialog on the Vienna community radio station Orange 94.0 FM.
   

• In October 2006, the Training Centre was the venue for London Link Radio's Autumn Online Radio Festival, focusing on Literature and the Environment.
   

• In June 2006, Refugee Week Radio was broadcast from the Centre from Monday-Friday of this pioneering week-long event.
